Evanna video blogs in a lovely Tuesday Morning. It's her 11th day in confinement after baby delivery. There are general rules about confinement
1. wear long pants and socks even if weather is hot n humid
2. can not wash hair for 2 weeks even flees or spiders crawling out from our head
3 can not shower for 1 month
etc etc
But knowing ourselves is important, once you have establish that, customize your confinement, take control of your life !
